U6 Training @ 11am
U7,8,9,10,11 – play Crosshaven RFC at all age grades in Paddocks at 10:30am
U13F: Away to Shandon/Whitechurch – bus leaves Paddocks at 9am
U15 & U17: Training at 12:30
Sunday 14th
U19 L Section Play-off
Cobh Pirates v Fermoy – Paddocks KO 12:30pm

Munster Cadets
Congrats to Stephen Hickey, Anthony Devlin-Buckley, Adam Devlin and Shane Cullimore who have made the cut at the recent East Munster Cadets Trials.
They will now be part of the training squad for the Provincial Blitz on Dec 30th to decide what will be the South Munster Training Panel for next season’s Munster Cadets.

Rugby Course
Munster Rugby in association with FAS are starting FETAC Level 5 awarded rugby course on 22nd November.
It will be based on the North side of Cork City and it is open to unemployed persons between 18-35 years old.
