Scoil Iosaef Naofa – Aibreán 2017
This is the weather report from Scoil Iosaef Naofa for April 2017. The pupils of Mr. McSweeney’s 6th class recorded it. Tynan Chapette & Shane Butler recorded the rainfall and found that it was a very dry month overall! Only 18mm fell altogether during the month. We had 24 days with no rain at all! The temperature was recorded by Conor O’Riordan & Lee Foley O’Flaherty and they found that it ranged from a low of -1 degree on the night of the 26th to a high of 16 degrees Celsius which we had on the 20th & 21st.
Dylan Duggan & Jack Dee recorded the wind and they found that the most common winds were from the South/West (7days) & the North (7 days). The strongest wind was a Force 8 on the Beaufort Scale, from the South, which we had on the 3rd of the month. Beimid ar ais an mhí seo chugainn. Slán go fóil.
