Cobh Tidy Towns
Cobh Tidy Towns Calendar 2017
Time has flown by since we looked for photographs for our 2016 Calendar. Now Cobh Tidy Towns is seeking photographs for consideration for inclusion in the 2017 Discovering Cobh Great Island Calendar.
We are delighted this summer that Cork Airport and Cobh Maritime Museum hosted exhibitions of a selection of photographs from the last 3 years of our calendars. The feedback was very positive and complimentary.
This Calendar is the most important fundraiser for us. Even more importantly it is sent around the world to family and friends, engendering a sense of pride in Cobh and marketing our town as a must see destination to anyone considering holidaying in Ireland.
Photos should be in landscape format and be over 1 Mb and can be taken anywhere on the Great Island, looking out from it or looking onto it throughout the four seasons. This year we will again consider photographs of Cobh people going about their everyday lives, provided that they will give permission for the photograph to be published. Please email your photo saying where and approximately when they were taken before the closing date of 16th September to cobhtidytowns@gmail.com
