With recent Jack Lynch Tunnel closures and accidents, we are aware that our customers have experienced unfortunate delays due to the exceptionally high level of demand for the ferry service. We have requested that the NRA advise us as soon as possible of any unplanned closures or accidents in or near the Jack Lynch Tunnel, which could affect traffic and cause congestion. This would enable us to react quickly to these incidents and provide a second ferry to facilitate the increased level of demand. We hope this will enable us to better serve you, our customers and we thank you for your continued support.
