Whilst our Minors get over their defeat to Newcestown in last weeks final and our U14’s booking their place in the County Semi’s, this month see’s the start of the U13 & U15 leagues. Continuing on from successful campaigns in the U14 & U16 leagues both of our teams got off to winning starts. Our U15 girls took care of business today in the main pitch winning well against Dungourney.Score 3.04 to 0.01 well done girls.

Our u13’s had a shakey finish to our home game v’s St Catherines on Thursday evening, in what should have been a comfortable victory we let in two goals in added time to leave the our visitors with a glimmer of hope but held on to win on a scoreline of 3.04 to 3,02, well done girls.

Good luck to all of our girls both coaching and participating in the Cul Camp this week, and to our Minors who take part in a 7’s tournament in the ‘Barrs on Saturday. No juvenile fixtures set for the week but our juniors have a challenge v’s Sliabh Rua next Monday evening 9th July in Riverstick.
