U10s Have Great Win In Cork Cup Plate

This was a fantastic end to the two days of football that we played in the Cork Cup, we were in a very strong group but we played some great football giving every one of the 15 players equal time on the pitch, even though it was only 7 aside and each game was only two halves of 10mins aside, everyone played well from Oisin Cronin in goal to Kealan Kavanagh, Sean Damery, Cian O’Mahony, Josh O’Mahony and Olan Mackey in defence to Adam Delaney, Conor Walsh, Ciaran Fleming, Con Lynch and Karolis Draugsas in midfield to Luke Quinn, Jamie Gilmartin, Sam Noonan and Olan Farrell in attack, On Sunday we qualified for the Plate Final against Ballinhassig, we started very well going into a 2 goal lead with Luke Quinn getting the 2 goals, Ballinhassig then pulled 1 back before we changed to give everyone a run, Olan Farrell then went in goal and Oisin Cronin came out and scored a hat-trick to give us a 5-2 score line, The lads were over the moon with this win and we as coaches are delighted for the lads, hopefully this is just the start of more things to come, again well done lads.
