Scór: The semi-final of Scór Na bPáistí took place in Watergrasshill Community Hall on Sunday 31st January last. Being last to perform in their section the Whistle group of Meadbh Damery, Niamh Damery and Pádí Kearney put in a flawless performance of whistle playing and now go on to the East Cork final on Feb 14th.  A word of thanks to Jenny Ó Loínsigh for her time and dedication to this group. In the quiz Calvin McKeown, David O’Connor and Pádí Kearney also qualified for the finals when they racked up a great score. The following night with the inclusion of Chris Lowry and representing St Josephs National School the quiz team took part in the Cobh Credit Union Quiz and recorded another good result when they carried away first place.  Well done to all.
