Every Monday 6.00pm – 8.00pm. Wednesday 7.00pm – 9.00pm. Friday 6.00pm – 8.00pm in the Convent for boxers aged 11 upward. For our Underage Boxers, aged between 6 to 11, training is on in the Community Centre every Wednesday from 4.00pm until 6.00pm
