The next *An Audience with ….* has been changed to the *Commodore Hotel* on Saturday 22nd January at 8pm. Katie will be playing with a new line-up for this concert with Alan Carney on Piano, Gillian Horgan on Violin and Peter Wilson on Double Bass…plus Special Guests. There will be a real mix of songs from Adele to Pearl Jam, Florence & the Machine to Jewel. Tickets €10 from the Community Centre or Commodore Hotel

* Cobh ICA meeting at the Prayer & Pastoral Centre
* The Chamber Language Competition sponsored by Bank of Ireland, will take place on Tuesday 25th January. The competition is held to encourage students to use European Languages, including Irish, French, German & Spanish Language and to assist them with their oral examinations. Any school in the area is invited to submit a group of students for any or all of the orals. Contact the Chamber office at 021 4813612.

Thursday 27th January
* Butterfly Wings are launching this year’s Butterfly Ball in aid of the Irish Cancer Society’s Night Nurse Programme on Thursday 27th January with a ‘Real’ Fashion Show. Show starts at 7.30pm and includes a drinks reception, finger food and an array of clothing from shops all over Cork. Come support a great cause and have an amazing night. The fashion show takes place in the Radisson Blu Little Island on 27th January at 7.30pm.
