A company, limited by guarantee, to be called Cobh Tourism Limited is currently being formed. This motion was agreed at last year’s Cobh Tourism AGM. The current committee is seeking membership from any body or individual who is interested in the development of Tourism in Cobh and the Great Island. The initial membership subscription is €20 per annum.
Only those listed on the register of members 21 days prior to the upcoming AGM will be eligible to vote at this year’s AGM. It is anticipated that the AGM prior will be held prior to the end of July. A Membership form is attached or may also be collected from M. English Newsagents.
Your membership will ensure a vibrant, proactive and hard working member driven organisation going forward.
Thank you to those of you who have returned your membership forms and subscription and I would urge all of you who haven’t to return your form as soon as possible.
Best Regards
Hendrick Verwey
