PART TIME FOOD PRODUCTION ASSISTANT REQUIRED – HEDERMAN SMOKE SALMON

Belvelly Smoke House (Belvelly, Cobh) requires a production assistant preferably with basic cooking skills, and HACCP experience, to work part-time (3 days, or equivalent hours), flexible hours, in smokehouse & kitchen production (mostly smoked fish) and packaging.

You must have good knife & basic cooking skills, have a keen sense of cleanliness and hygiene, understand excellent presentation technique, be willing to learn, energetic, flexible and prepared to cover administrative and cleaning tasks. We are looking for someone who is a good team player and independent worker.

A clean driving licence would be a bonus.
