Cobh Red Cross appeal for GoFundMe support
Dear Friends of Cobh Irish Red Cross we are asking for your help.
Our source of income comes solely from our Volunteers attending duties and covering events, each duty/event that we cover brings in funds for our Branch all our income covers the running, maintenance and upkeep of our vehicles. Unfortunately this source of income is not available to us at the moment or for the foreseeable future.
Since the end of March Cobh have had 3 Vehicles out 7 days per week doing collections for Penny Dinners and Edel House, doing shopping and prescription runs for vulnerable or cocooning individuals and Cobh Pharmacy, Hospital Appointments, Chemotherapy appointments, Radiotherapy appointments, CUMH Appointments, Affidea Appointments, South Doc Appointments, Meals on wheels and much more.
Our Volunteers really enjoy doing these activities for our community and want to continue to do so with your help.
Please donate whatever you can to help us.
Thanking you for your continued support
Stay Safe
