Cobh Tidy Towns
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from Cobh Tidy Towns
In 2018 Cobh was awarded its 4th National Tidy Towns Gold Medal and a Highly Commended County Award in National Tidy Towns. These awards acknowledge everyone in Cobh who works together to make our town a better place to live in. Our work would not be possible without the support of the people of Cobh, Cork County Council and the businesses and community groups in Cobh who provide sponsorship, donations and services.
Thank you to our local media for keeping everyone up to date on projects and progress in Cobh. This has been invaluable. Thank you to Cobh Edition for our Community Award in 2018. The contribution of Tidy Towns to the prosperity of towns and villages throughout Ireland is widely acknowledged and we are delighted to play our part in achieving Cobh’s Gold Medal standard. Small actions taken by everyone can have a big impact in Cobh. Wishing everyone a happy and peaceful Christmas and productive 2019!
