Commodore Hotel, Cobh Friday 10th – Sunday 12th of November 2017 – Curtain-Up: 8pm Nightly
Haulbowline Theatre Group is delighted to welcome on board Cobh Credit Union as its main sponsor for its 26th One-Act Festival, running at the Commodore Hotel, Cobh from Friday 10th – Sunday 12th of November 2017 inclusive.
Cobh Credit Union will provide the group with vital sponsorship for the continuation of our One-Act Festival and help us to develop it further as a major community event. This sponsorship comes at what has obviously been a very tough time for the group, given the fact that currently we no longer have a theatre on Haulbowline Island.
In keeping with the tradition of our One-Act Festival each year, audiences will be in for a treat of a wind-ranging weekend of theatre with a mixture of drama, thrillers and comedy.
The Festival will see eight theatre groups from all over the country take to the stage along with Haulbowline Theatre Group’s own entry, “The Briefcase.” Our adjudicator this year will be Mr Terry Byrne.
Tickets are priced at just €12 per night or a weekend ticket for €25 and are available from Gibbs Chemist, Cobh and Cobh CarePlus Pharmacy or by phone on 086 33 88 942.
