Minding your well-being & understanding anxiety – 4 weeks – Tuesdays @ 7pm-9pm – €15

The above courses are due to commence the week of 18th September. Registration for these courses will take place on 6th September from 6pm -7.30pm @ Cobh FRC Places cannot be booked in advance. Full payment is required at registration
