The draw for the last eight of the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup has taken place. Holders Dundalk will face a trip to First Division outfit UCD, should they overcome Leinster Senior League side Crumlin United in their rearranged 3rd Round tie on Tuesday.
The tie of the round is the all-Premier Division clash as Shamrock Rovers host John Caulfield’s Cork City. St Patrick’s Athletic will welcome Cobh Ramblers to Richmond Park while the reward for their dramatic win over Sligo Rovers on Friday is a home tie against Derry City for Wexford Youths.
The Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup Quarter Final draw in full:
UCD AFC v Crumlin United or Dundalk FC
Shamrock Rovers v Cork City
St Patrick’s Athletic v Cobh Ramblers
Wexford Youths v Derry City
Games will take place on the week ending 11 September.
