The lads started brightly and took the game to Mary but midway through the half against the run of play the opposition scored. We had the better of the play second half without creating any clear chances. Finished 1-0 to Marys. Best on day Peter Ziga.

Youghal 1-3 Springfield Ramblers
This was a great display from the lads today. Bearing in mind 6 of the lads played a GAA semi-final only two hours previous to the match great credit is due. Goal scorer Dominic Roche 1 and Darren Mc Kevitt 2. Special mention to Dave Brennan whose silky skills had us mesmerised on the side-line! Man of the match Andrew Allen and Darren McKevitt
