Are now running an exciting  OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASS.

An all over body work out using kicking and punching techniques to music with circuits to lose weight and tone up.

All Classes are outdoors unless weather preventing.

Tuesdays 6-7

Thursdays 6.45-7.45

Cost is €5 per class or €3 for both classes for 6 weeks

Get Up & Go

6 week course of fun fitness classes for older adults

kick start your active lifestyle for summer 2010.

Try some new activities as well as some you may be familiar with

(a variety pack that includes Sit Fit, Tai Chi, Line Dancing, “Parachute” and more)

Get ideas on how to be more active, more often.

Mobilise & socialise at the same time
