– Our Winter League teams playing in quarter finals last weekend won to progress to the semi finals. They join our Grade 6 Mens team in the Semi Finals.Grade 2 mixed team beat Crosshaven 3-2. Grade 6 Ladies team beat Causeway 3-1. Grade 5 ladies team beat Lakewood 4-0. Semi-Finals to be held on the 15th March.
– On-line entry will be open this week for our very popular Easter open tournament.
– The in-house Tribes tournament continues, with very close battles each week!
Junior News
– Congratulations to our Un16 KBS Cup Junior team who defeated Bishopstown 2-1 to reach this years final.
– Hard luck to our Wilson Cup Under 12 team who lost a hard fought semi final to Sundays Well.
– Rushbrooke Tennis Club will host the under 14 boys and girls provincial match plays this weekend 7th & 8th March.
– Under 14 Wilson cup team playing their semi final on the 15th March
– Fun Tennis – Junior Fun Tennis every Sunday 2 – 4 pm €3 per child or €5 for 2 children per session. Everyone Welcome.
Fundraising Events
– Second Hand BOOK SALE, Cakes, Teas & Coffees sold all day. Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd March, 12 – 4pm – All Welcome
– RACE NIGHT Saturday 28th March 8.30pm All Welcome
