Best Chromakey Portrait – Fionnghuala Smith

Cobh photographers Anne-Marie Davidson and Fionnghuala Smith of Cobh Pastimes were recognized at the 2015 Antique and Amusement Photographers International Photo Contest held January 29th in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Smith, who is the owner and operator of Cobh Pastimes, earned a second place ribbon for her portrait of a woman standing on the deck of an ocean liner in the Best Chromakey Portrait category. Chromakey is a special effect or post-production technique for compositing two images together with green screen. Davidson received honorable mention for her Most Humorous photo.

The AAPI annual photography competition attracts hundreds of entries representing photo studios across the United States, Canada and Europe.
