48th International Deep Sea Angling Festival
Cobh SAC would like to welcome our anglers to the 48th Deep Sea Angling Festival, which will take place from 1st to 5th September. Approximately forty competitors from Holland, Wales, England and Ireland will compete in eight teams each day for overall prizes. Each year this angling fest sports great rivialry between teams and this year will be no different.
Boats depart at 10.00am each day and return at 5.30pm. If you’re out for a drink any evening why not drop in and welcome the anglers as well as help Cobh SAC support it’s sponsors. Nightly venues as follows: Monday – Tradewinds. Tuesday – Ryans Bar. Wednesday – Commodore Hotel. Thursday – Kelly’s Bar.
Cobh SAC would also like to congratulate Danny Kane on being part of the Irish Team that won the Home Nations tournament recently.
