Friday 24th:-
As part of Heritage Week, Entry to Cobh Museum is Free.
Saturday 25th:-
Cobh Triathlon club are hosting their first Tri event. Swimmers will take part in the dash from Spike to Cobh at 11am and continue with a cycle and run in Cobh. The Annual Escape From Spike (swim only event) takes place also on Saturday morning at 11.30am, half an hour after the start of the Triathlon. The swimmers will be landing at the steps near the Heritage Cnt.
Sunday 26th:-
As well as the visit of MS Lirica, Cobh & Harbour Chambers summer swing will have live music, free entertainment & stalls in the promenade. There will be a Carillion Recital in St. Colman’s Cathedral with guest carillioneur Canadian Gordon Slater from 4.30 to 5.30. Also on Sunday 26th, the Cobh Hospital Annual Garden Fete takes place from 2.30 – 5.00pm”. “Cobh Pirates Rugby club are hosting a family day from 2:30 pm, tickets €10, proceeds to a very worthy cause RNLI, (saving lives ) Maria Doyle Kennedy appears at the Sirius Arts Centre on Fri 31st Aug 8pm, tickets €15
