Last Saturday saw Croke Park lay host to some 50 clubs from all over the country in a showcase of go-games. Cobh Camogie were there in force, our U12 girs were one of the two teams to represent Cork. An early start didn’t dampen the spirits of all players, coaches and parents whom all had an absolutely fantastic trip to hq.
U14’s continued their unbeaten run in the league finishing top of our section and now await draw fo the county quarters’. Well done girls. This weekend we hosted our section of the feile competition. All games were very close indeed with our girls narrowly beaten by Enniskeane and blarney showing great determination to win our last game against Youghal.
Massive thanks to Lorraine for organising the whole affair and to Fidelma and Bernie for keeping us all fed and watered, to Mark, Damian and Sean for maeshalling. Thanks to all Parents who provided lovely food for all to enjoy.
